So I want to do another post because I haven't done one in about week... but I'm not quite sure what to post about

So I think I'll tell you about things I'm loving right now

CLOTHES: rompers
I recently got one and they're so cute and easy to wear... especially great for the summer


SHOES: okay, I have two (and I don't own either)
Toms: they're so say to wear with anything and they come in tons of great patterns. They are also for a good cause which seems to make things extra fashionable these days.

AND
Dr. Martens: the only shoes that can look a cool and "punky" but feminine at the same time


COSMETICS:
Purple nail polish: my favorite color. on nails. Here's a pointless picture because I'm sure you all know what purple nail polish looks like


TV/MOVIE:
Glee...duh
It's like a blast of song and dance mixed with preppy clothes


BOOKS:
Classy by Derek Blasberg: It's like a secret weapon
Not to people tell you it's "cool" to be classy anymore-this book is great

Random post about my favorite TV commercials that I just can't get out of my head.

My newest wants and likes

Okay so it's a season so I just MUST have new wants and likes!

newest want: Kate Spade snake print sunglasses

I've never been so into snake prints but these are perfect because they're not too snake-printy. And there not too round or too square, they're roundish-squarish. And they're not too big or too small, they're the perfect shape and size! (and they come in my favorite color) and I'm sick of those $10 sunglasses i always get that break right away! So that's why i want these...

NEXT, my newest like:Marc by Marc Jacobs- Miss Marc

I mean how adorable are the big eyed, black haired little girls on Mark Jacobs bags, clothing, and accessories?


And another reason I love them, they look like my favorite character from one of my favorite TV shows! ...

DIY jean bags

this past sunday my friend and I were really bored so I suggested we cut up old jeans and make them into bags- and they came out super cute!





Here's how we did it:

1. take an old pair of jeans and cut just above the crotch

2. PIN THE TOP TOGETHER (this is important!-don't mess up like me!) and sew the bottom

3. than lay the jeans upside down, fold in triangles on each side, and sew those

4. cut three strips from the jean leg and braid

5. poke holes into the sides and attach the braided strap

AND THERE YOU GO - IN JUST 5 EASY STEPS!

AAHHH. I have been super lazy and kinda just ignoring this blog but when I realized i only did three posts last month and i haven't been on since march 16th that was a huge wake up call! so don't worry - I'm gonna start posting again and not be such a lazy butt...
